Use of BayFlow
BayFlow is a software platform designed to help auto repair shops manage their operations, customers, vehicles, and jobs efficiently. By using BayFlow, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Shop Data
You are responsible for all data you upload to BayFlow, including customer information, vehicle details, and job records. BayFlow stores and protects this data according to industry standards. You agree to keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. BayFlow is not liable for data loss due to user error or account misuse.
Billing
Subscription billing is based on your selected plan. You authorize BayFlow to charge your payment method for the subscription period. Billing details and pricing information are available in your account settings. Cancellation of your subscription takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Public Pages
BayFlow allows you to create and publish public-facing shop pages. You are responsible for all content on your public pages and agree that it complies with applicable laws and regulations. You may set up custom domains for your shop pages. BayFlow is not liable for third-party access, unauthorized use, or content published on your public pages.
